Complaints channel
Complaints submitted must describe in a concrete and precise manner the facts denounced, the Company or the area/department affected, the date or period of commission and the possible parties responsible. The whistleblower may also attach any evidence available to him/her. This whistleblowing channel accepts anonymous communications, although we encourage you to identify yourself in order to improve the management and resolution of the matter.
Alkeymia Group, S.L.U. ("Alkeymia") guarantees the confidentiality of the complainant, the reported and any other person who may be related, as well as the content of the report. There will be no adverse consequences of any kind as a result of making a complaint, provided that the complaint has been made in good faith.
In the event that the whistleblower understands that there has been a breach of any suspected breach of the law or of the preventive measures that form part of the Alkeymia Compliance Model, he/she may communicate his/her complaint through the following channels:
- Verbally: by telephone to any member of the Compliance Committee and, at the complainant's request, by means of a meeting within a reasonable period of time. When the complaint is made in this way, Alkeymia shall be entitled to document the verbal complaint by means of a written transcript of the conversation held.

Who is the Data Controller?
Alkeymia Group, S.L.U. ("Alkeymia") or any of its affiliated companies to which the communication is addressed or related. You can consult these companies and any other matter relating to the processing of your personal data by sending an e-mail to dataprotection@alkeymiagroup.com.
Why do we process your data, on what grounds and for how long will we keep it?
To manage complaints and queries received through the complaints channel, as well as for the detection of crimes and prevention of criminal liability and to prevent conduct contrary to the organization’s internal regulations, as well as any other applicable regulations in force.
The processing of data is based on the legitimate interest of the company to proceed to investigate facts that may contravene criminal law or other applicable regulations, as well as to ensure the proper functioning of the Compliance Model and the other internal policies of Alkeymia.
The data of the complainant, the reported party or third parties and other information will be kept for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the reported facts, and in any case, for a period of three months, which may be extended for a further three months in the event that the investigation is highly complex.
In the event that the complaint is filed and no action is taken, the complaint and associated information shall be anonymized in order to leave evidence of the functioning of the model for the prevention of the commission of crimes by the legal person, and shall only be kept in the custody of those persons entrusted with the functions of internal control and compliance or, where appropriate, external third parties acting in the capacity of data processor.
If the investigation results in liability for any of the parties, such information shall be retained for the duration of the investigation.
With whom do we share your data? Do we carry out international data transfers?
The identity of the complainant shall not be disclosed to third parties, with the exception of relevant persons involved in the investigation or judicial proceedings initiated as a result of the investigation.
Facts that may constitute a criminal or administrative offence, including personal data, shall be reported to the competent authorities, whether they are located in Spain or abroad, which could involve carrying out an international data transfer for reasons of public interest and/or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims, and personal data may also be communicated to the companies of Alkeymia if necessary for the investigation, processing and/or resolution thereof. What are my rights?
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, portability and limitation or opposition and, if applicable, withdraw the consent given by writing to the addresses indicated above.
Similarly, Data Subjects are entitled to file a claim with the Supervisory Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es).
Technical and organizational measures implemented.
We inform you that the necessary technical and organisational measures are applied to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information received. Likewise, technical measures are applied that make it possible to preserve the identity of the informants, as well as those third parties that you have communicated to us.
